Amanda Hansen is a Certified Professional Coach and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amanda Hansen Coaching, LLC. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership and executive coaching, Dr. Hansen specializes in supporting the growth and development of physicians, leaders, and a variety of professionals across various sectors. As an Executive Coach with Cleveland Clinic since 2023, she brings valuable insights and proven strategies to facilitate leadership development and personal growth for her clients. ​

Dr. Hansen holds certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and is an Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment Master Practitioner through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Her coaching philosophy emphasizes empowerment, servant leadership, and the cultivation of high-performance teams.
